Tesco wants Clubcard customers to use their rewards soon because the value will decrease. This will happen in two weeks. There are 20 million Clubcard customers. The rewards are being cut from three times to two times their value.

In March, the largest supermarket in the UK declared that customers can double the value of their Clubcard points from June 14. This is instead of the current rate of triple the value.

If you ordered rewards before June 13, it'll be valid for one year.

Tesco's scheme lets shoppers earn points when they spend money. They can then swap these points for vouchers. The vouchers can be used at Tesco or for trips to Pizza Express, Legoland, and Alton Towers. Many people like this scheme.

In 1995, the grocer brought in Clubcard. This led to a 28% boost in spending.

The chief customer officer of Tesco, Alessandra Bellini, has announced a change to the way vouchers can be used with reward partners. Until June 13th, Clubcard holders can still redeem their vouchers three times the value. They are encouraged to use their reward partner codes to give themselves and their families a treat.

Redeemed codes will now last longer. If you use your code before the deadline, it will be good for one year. This is three times longer than before. It used to only be for six months. We did this so customers can enjoy their codes for even longer.

People were unhappy about the change. They said it happened when money was already tight.

A shopper wrote on social media about Tesco's loyalty card. They said that Tesco's Clubcard is now only worth twice its value. The shopper wasn't happy with this and said that Tesco doesn't value their loyal customers. They suggested that it's time to shop somewhere else.

Another person using the Clubcard said that it was very helpful when their children were younger. They were thankful for the Clubcard X4, which allowed them to save a lot of money on days out. They used their vouchers to help purchase Merlin passes.

We currently use X3, which is good. However, X2 is a terrible insult to customers.

One person wrote to Tesco about their email. The email was about changing the clubcard voucher exchange value. The value changed from 3x to 2x.

It's very disappointing! A short while ago they were much more valuable. Aren't you earning enough profit already?

A female customer complained to Tesco on Twitter about their Clubcard scheme. She said that due to high prices and announced point changes, she will start shopping elsewhere.

Many people are likely to take the same action. It was very useful for everyone. She expressed her disappointment towards Tesco.

Sainsbury's and Boots cut loyalty scheme values recently.

Boots' Advantage Card holders get 25% less from May. They earn 3p, not 4p for every £1 they spend in-store.

Sainsbury's Bank lowered the amount of Nectar points by 75% in November. Before, customers earned two points for every £1 spent but now they only get one point for every £2 spent.
