Harry Kane, the forward for England, managed to score twice during the match between Bayern Munich and Eintracht Frankfurt, leading to him breaking his personal record for the highest number of goals scored in a season.

In his first season with Bayern, the 30-year-old player managed to score 42 goals in every tournament, which is more than he achieved before with Tottenham in the 2017-18 season, where his best score was 41.

He scored his initial objective by neatly placing a pass into the net from a distance of nine yards. After that, he successfully scored a penalty kick during the second half of the game.

Kane has reached a milestone of scoring 400 goals in total for both his club and his country.

In one Bundesliga season, he has scored goals against 16 out of 17 teams, which is a shared achievement with Gerd Müller (in the 1966-67 and 1969-70 seasons), Ailton (in the 2003-04 season), and Robert Lewandowski (in the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons).

Kane has made history by becoming the first player to either score or assist against all 17 teams in one season. In October, Kane provided an assist against Freiburg, but was not able to score in any of the two matches.

The leader of England's football team, who got his knee checked out in the second half but could still keep playing, is only six goals away from matching Lewandowski's impressive achievement of scoring 41 goals in one season of the German football league, and there are only three games left to make it happen.

Bayern Munich currently holds the second place position in the Bundesliga, trailing behind the defending champions Bayer Leverkusen by a significant margin of 11 points. This weekend, Bayer Leverkusen will be hosting Stuttgart at 5:30 PM British Summer Time.

The current manager of Bayern, Thomas Tuchel, has announced his plans to depart the team once the current season draws to a close, and has made it clear that he will not be swayed by any requests from fans to stay on.
