Martin Lewis has given significant guidance to Tesco Clubcard members following the announcement that the well-known grocery store would be expanding its rewards program to be even more gratifying.

Viewers of the finance show on ITV were informed by the founder of Money Saving Expert that they could exchange their points until midnight on Thursday, following the announcement made by Tesco.

As the show was coming to a close, Martin Lewis mentioned that Tesco Clubcard partners could offer customers triple the worth when they exchange their shopping points.

On The Money Show special, Martin Lewis mentioned that individuals can currently swap 500 points for rewards worth £15 from several partners, including Disney+, Pizza Express and RAC Breakdown.

The deadline has been pushed to Thursday at 11:59pm because of the overwhelming number of requests and issues with the information technology system. You can find more information at the provided link.

Starting on Friday, the value of Tesco Clubcard points will be reduced by half. This indicates that if you have 500 Tesco Clubcard points, you will only receive rewards worth £10.

In order to achieve this, Tesco clients have the opportunity to exchange their points electronically, through the official Tesco website. These rewards will remain valid for a longer duration of 12 months, which exceeds the regular duration of 6 months.

The individual who established Money Saving Expert has announced that the existing offer of receiving 1 point for every £2 paid towards petrol will be substituted with a new offer, where customers will receive 1 point for every 2 litres of fuel purchased starting from midnight tonight.

In the previous segment, the monetary expert advised individuals who are near the age of retirement to take action by acquiring additional National Insurance contribution years. This will secure a greater sum of funds for them when they eventually retire.

Thank you everyone for tuning in. We'll be back again next week. This is MSE Eesha, signing off on behalf of Martin Lewis.

Additionally, he highlighted that the timeframe for purchasing said years was prolonged, with qualified individuals required to complete the process by the year 2025.

The Clubcard offer that is due to end this week aims to assist customers in stretching their household budgets, according to Tesco's Chief Customer Officer, Alessandra Bellini.

She said: "As we are altering the way that members can use their vouchers with our Reward Partners, we would like to prompt the millions of Clubcard holders to use their vouchers at triple the worth."
