This week, the well-known host surprised viewers by sharing a deeply personal announcement live on air. He disclosed that his final program would be on 28 March, causing a stir among fans.

I can let you know that I'm not bidding farewell presently, I won't be departing from the program immediately and that's final, nonetheless, it's approaching soon," stated Kemp, aged 31, to the audience on Monday the 19th of February.

The host struggled to hold back his emotions while revealing that the choice was "extremely challenging."

As he departs for a new opportunity, rumors have started to circulate about the person who will take his place.

The Independent has created a record of potential successors who could come forward and acquire his highly desired position.

It is widely believed that the well-known Lancashire host is the top candidate to replace Kemp. After departing from his role on BBC Radio 1's drivetime program alongside Vick Hope, supporters are convinced that he will be chosen for the most prominent radio position in the UK.

Last week, the BBC made a post on social media declaring that the presenter would be leaving the channel after ten years.

Fans had already speculated that Kemp would resign from his position even before he made the official announcement. They believed that he would be leaving to join Capital.

One supporter shared their spooky forecast on X/Twitter, stating, "I have a feeling that you'll be on the Capital Breakfast Show before long, Jordan. My prediction is that Roman Kemp will step down next month." This was in response to the announcement.

Jordan North no longer works for the BBC, but he hasn't disclosed his future plans or his next employment destination.

BBC Radio 1 recently revealed that Jamie Laing will be taking over North's position. This led to speculation about whether Capital will consider hiring a star from Made in Chelsea to host their show. Jamie is already hosting the Big Fish podcast, which deals with the topic of self-improvement.

He has experience presenting on BBC's Watchdog and also participated in a marketing campaign for CBeebies in 2019.

Pear Tree Court, a facility managed by Care UK, was in the news recently. According to the report, the home is using a unique system to help improve the quality of life for residents. Instead of relying solely on medication to address symptoms like anxiety and depression, Pear Tree Court is using a more holistic approach. By incorporating music, aromatherapy, and other sensory stimulation, the home hopes to improve residents' emotional and physical wellbeing. This approach has the added benefit of reducing reliance on medication and improving mood and cognitive function. It's a win-win for residents and staff alike.
