Roman Kemp committed an extravagant mistake by devouring an extremely uncommon Creme Egg.

While relaxing at home, the DJ decided to munch on some Cadbury snacks. To his surprise, he stumbled upon a new flavour he had never tried before.

On his Twitter page, Kemp posted a picture of an egg that was divided in half with one side being milk chocolate and the other side was white chocolate. He wrote: "What could this be? A mix of white and milk chocolate?"

He only became aware that he could have won £10,000 after consuming the egg that was included in a promotional offer.

On Monday (20th March), during his show on Capital Radio, he shared that he had an enjoyable Sunday. He spent his time watching the final episode of The Last of Us and decided to indulge himself. He bought a Creme Egg, thinking, "Why not?"

When he laid eyes on the hybrid egg, his immediate reaction was that an error had been made by someone.

"I've never witnessed this previously," he elaborated, adding, "Although I knew they offer white chocolate alternatives and regular milk chocolate ones, at that moment, I presumed it was an error."

Cadbury made 146 Creme Eggs that are half white and half milk chocolate for an Easter celebration. There are a total of nine eggs that have a special value, with six being worth £10,000 and three being worth £5,000.

To obtain the award, individuals who uncover the eggs need to snap a photo with the Egg that hasn't been consumed.

Nonetheless, Kemp had devoured the Creme Egg prior to sharing its picture on Twitter, following which his fans hurriedly informed him that he stood a chance of winning a considerable amount of money.

Roman Kemp was in distress following the consumption of a Creme Egg that might have cost him a considerable amount of money.

"I consumed the egg and later shared a photo of it on my Twitter page. I was amazed by its unusual appearance and expressed it through my tweet. Surprisingly, the egg possessed a monetary reward of £10,000. However, as fate would have it, I had already ingested it. Now, I am at a loss on how to proceed."

He refuted the hypothesis circulating on social platforms claiming that he was paid by Cadbury to advocate their agreement.

Kemp is not the sole individual who consumed Creme Egg wrongly. Recently, another unfortunate customer reported having made the same error.
