Roman Kemp unintentionally consumed a unique Creme Egg that his fans highlighted had the potential of being valued at around £10,000.

On Sunday, the host of Capital Breakfast who is 30 years old, posted a picture of what he found when he unwrapped a chocolate treat that was half white and half milk chocolate. He was chilling in front of the television at the time.

However, his peaceful day turned into disorder as he unveiled the reality about the 'fresh Cadbury's egg.'

In a funny conversation on Twitter, Roman mentioned that the delicacy tasted like a feeling of sadness or disappointment after consuming it swiftly.

During Monday's episode of Capital Breakfast, the host and his companions, Sian Welby and Chris Stark, spoke about a particular issue and requested assistance from Cadbury's.

Calamity struck when Roman Kemp, a 30-year-old celebrity, mistakenly consumed a unique type of Creme Egg that his fans later informed him could be valued at a staggering amount of £10,000.

Cadbury's introduced a contest earlier this year, where one of the eggs containing both white and milk chocolate was worth £10,000, and there were an additional 22 eggs that were worth £50 each.

Roman posted a picture of the Creme Egg on Twitter accompanied by the question, "What is this? It looks like it has both milk chocolate and white chocolate."

The terror quickly took hold once his followers disclosed that he might have simply devoured £10,000.

"I consumed the food item, and now I hear it's valued at 10k. What should I do in this situation? Please assist."

People are claiming that it's just a joke or that I've used tippex on it, but I really wish that were true. This situation is not funny at all. The taste is unpleasant and makes me feel remorseful.

When Capital asked Sian to share her thoughts, she expressed that she found it absurd for someone to feel shameful about a mistake. She questioned why they would automatically assume it was a mistake without considering other possibilities.

Roman clarified that he only mentioned the following point because it was relevant to the situation. He had noticed that people often assumed his statements about a product were advertisements due to his extensive experience in creating advertisements. However, he did not object to this assumption.

This is true...I once consumed an egg that was valued at £10,000.

Uh-oh: The presenter of Capital Breakfast accidentally revealed a picture of what he found inside a chocolate candy, which had half of it made of white chocolate and the other half made of milk chocolate. He was relaxing in front of the television on Sunday.

Disorder: His peaceful day turned into disorder as he found out the reality of the so-called 'fresh Cadbury's egg'.

Sian elaborated, stating that people took to Twitter to express their astonishment. They couldn't believe that the individual in question hadn't caught onto the fact that Cadbury had been running the competition for several months now.

It's quite evident that these eggs are extremely scarce, with just about five of them across the entire UK. It's no surprise that he managed to acquire one, and even went ahead to consume it!

Chris asked, "What's going on now?"

Devastated: He stated: 'Unfortunately, it's true...I consumed an egg valued at £10,000.'

"I consumed it, and I even snapped a photo of it because it seemed unusual. The only way I can associate myself with that egg is through my oddly flexible thumb," responded Ronan.

What should I do? Last night, some individuals on Twitter accused me of using Tipp-Ex, as if I have the luxury of time to do such a thing!

I am seeking the assistance of an individual who is employed by Cadburys and is a listener of this show. Currently, I am experiencing a difficult phase and would greatly appreciate a conversation with you.

Tune in to Capital Breakfast starring Roman Kemp on weekdays between 6am and 10am all over the United Kingdom, as well as on the Global Player platform.
