Release Date And Episodes For Passenger

This new TV series will start airing on Sunday, March 24th at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX. You can catch the second episode the following day, Monday 25th, and the other four episodes will follow the same schedule, airing on Sundays and Mondays over the next two weeks.

Passengers travelled throughout the North West of England, and the team filming the show were seen walking around the streets of Cornholme in West Yorkshire. This charming village, only a brief distance from Todmorden, acts as the fictional location 'Chadder Vale' where the programme takes place.

As luck would have it, Danny Newton, who is in charge of finding places to shoot scenes for movies, stumbled upon the charming spot where they ended up filming. "We scouted out a variety of towns since the script called for hills that cast a shadow over the small community, creating a sense of solitude for the people living there," he explained to the Manchester Evening News.

We spent weeks trying to find the perfect location, scouring far and wide. Then one day while driving between two towns, I had to put the brakes on and halt the car.

Danny remembered seeing the cobbled streets and tall hills past Todmorden, which was on the edge of Lancashire. The area had some picturesque cobbled streets and lovely old terraced houses, making it beautiful in its unique way. Cornholme, in particular, felt like a hidden gem that many people, including some members of the local council, were unaware of.

According to the news outlet Yorkshire Live, the filming activity also occurred in diverse municipalities, such as Oldham and Bolton.
