Richard Armitage feared he'd be fired from The Hobbit: 'I didn't even unpack'

He recalled arriving in New Zealand to film The Hobbit and feeling uncertain about his position. Armitage even refrained from unpacking, believing that he would be fired and sent back home due to a casting mistake.
