Best Moments: CSK Vs SRH

When they were asked to bat first on their home turf, Chennai managed to score an incredible 212 runs, which ended up being too much for Sunrisers Hyderabad to catch up to. Ruturaj Gaikwad, the captain of Chennai Super Kings, led the way with an impressive 98-run score off just 54 deliveries, giving his team a strong start before being dismissed by T Natarajan just before reaching his half-century. Thanks to his performance, Gaikwad has now moved up to second place on the IPL Orange Cap list, with 447 runs over 9 games this season, averaging at 63 and boasting an impressive strike rate of 149.

Daryl Mitchell played a very important part in the game, managing to score 52 runs out of 32 balls, which consisted of 7 fours and a six. Furthermore, Shivam Dube showcased his remarkable skill once more by scoring 39 runs off 20 balls to enhance CSK's total score.

On the flip side, the aggressive opening duo of Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head began the innings for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Regrettably, their time on the pitch was brief as they were dismissed in successive deliveries from Tushar Deshpande in the 2nd over. SRH's performance didn't improve from there, with only Aiden Markram (32) reaching a score of 30 runs or more before being bowled out for a total of 134. It's worth noting that this marks SRH's second consecutive loss, having previously been defeated by Royal Challengers Bengaluru by 35 runs in their last game.
