Jonathan Majors has been convicted of attacking his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari.

The famous actor from Marvel, who is 34 years old, got apprehended in March while he was in New York. This happened because Ms. Jabbari made accusations against him for slapping her and throwing her into the car after she had stepped out of it. The accused actor reportedly twisted Ms. Jabbari's arm, and also grabbed and injured her hand.

In the past, he entered a plea of innocence to allegations of minor assault, severe harassment, attempted aggression, and harassment.

After a trial that lasted for 10 days, where both the driver of the car and Ms Jabbari provided testimony, the jury gave a verdict on Monday. The decision was mixed. Majors was found guilty of one instance of assault and one incident of harassment. However, he was cleared of another assault case and one aggravated harassment case.

Now the focus shifts to whether or not Majors will serve time in jail. It is believed that he may be sentenced to a maximum of one year behind bars.

As per the reports, Majors' sentencing has been delayed till Tuesday, February 6th, 2024.

. He was dressed in a suit and tie, looking very calm and composed. He was there to answer charges against him for allegedly stealing a laptop from a local electronics store. His lawyer was by his side, and they seemed ready to defend against these accusations. On Monday, it was time for Jonathan Majors to show up in court. He chose to wear a formal outfit with a suit and a tie which made him look relaxed and collected. His presence at the courthouse was in response to accusations leveled against him concerning the theft of a laptop from a nearby electronics shop. Fortunately, his attorney was present to support him and challenge these charges.

Alvin Bragg, the District Attorney of Manhattan, stated that the trial had revealing evidence of a "pattern of emotional and psychological mistreatment, as well as increasing instances of forceful behavior".

Mr. Bragg expressed his gratitude towards the jury for their service and towards the survivor for her courageous act of telling her story despite having to undergo the painful experience again while testifying.

At the end of the trial, the people representing the government stated that the outcome relied on a few words: "command, supremacy, handling, and mistreatment."

The defence's depiction of Jabbari as seeking revenge after the alleged assault was also condemned by assistant district attorney Kelli Galloway. She stated that such a portrayal goes against the testimony provided in court.

According to Ms. Galloway, the situation that occurred in March 2023 was not a deliberate scheme to destroy the defendant's life, career, or strip him of everything. She stated that there was no calculated plot for revenge involved.
