The famous musician from the band Oasis, who is 51 years old, has shared that he is currently focused on improving his health by adopting healthier habits. He hopes to reverse the damage caused by years of intense partying, which resulted in an autoimmune condition, as well as ailments such as arthritis and psoriasis.

During his prime years with the group, the artist known for creating the hit song "Wonderwall" was fully immersed in the party scene. However, he has now confessed to completely changing his way of life in order to improve his health.

In 2017, Liam discovered that he had Hashimoto's Disease, an autoimmune illness. Furthermore, he had to proceed with a significant hip surgery last year because of arthritis to replace his joints.

The vocalist mentioned in a recent interview that he has to 'return to actuality' since it's 'about time to focus on his health.'

According to The Sun, he said that it's time to prioritize your health and stop indulging in things you thought were cool in the past. Undo the damage you have caused yourself by abstaining from harmful substances.

He confessed that he delayed undergoing the joint replacement surgery because of the negative societal view associated with it.

He continued by saying that he had gone to get his health checked and found out his bones were severely damaged. The medical expert suggested that he might need a hip operation or a replacement to treat the issue. However, he has decided that he would prefer to endure the pain than to undergo any medical procedures.

"That's absurd, clearly. I acknowledge that. Simply have them repaired. However, the shame of admitting that you've undergone a hip replacement procedure is overwhelming. What other limitations will we encounter?"

Liam shared that he has reduced his consumption of alcoholic beverages, ceased taking drugs, and wakes up at the early hour of 4am each day.

As you age, you come to value life more, don't you agree? I'm generally a cheerful person who enjoys waking up early. Nonetheless, I can sense my life slipping away gradually. However, it's inevitable that we'll all pass away, isn't it?

Despite the changes in the artist's career, he still manages to confuse his fans by stating that he would be the headliner for Glastonbury, only to then say it was not true.

Last month, a fan named @phillyrussell requested Liam on social media if he and Squire were planning to participate at Glastonbury this summer. Their conversation with X resulted in more information than anticipated.

The independent artist responded with a simple affirmative: 'Yes.'

Of course, everyone was panicked, but after a few days, Liam replied to a fan page saying that he 'never claimed that I was performing at GLASTONBURY, so everyone, please calm down.'

Someone in the crowd challenged Liam's comment, claiming that he had said he would be there. Liam clarified that the person had actually asked if he would be present and he answered affirmatively, saying that he might even be selling CBD Toblerones.
