According to the Forbes 2021 rich list, he had a net worth of £3.43 billion when he invested in West Ham. However, he has now amassed more than £4 billion.

Forbes reports that the Czech billionaire has experienced a remarkable increase in their total net worth, which skyrocketed from £1.6 billion in 2017 to £2.85 billion in 2020.

Kretinsky has been a minority shareholder for quite some time. He owns 49% of Sparta Prague, and he also has minority shares in many other big companies like Royal Mail, Sainsbury's, Macy's, Footlocker, Le Monde, and German retail giant Metro AG.
