On Wednesday, during an episode of This Morning, Cat Deeley surprised Jon Bon Jovi with an old photo of her interviewing him from 24 years ago, rendering him shocked.

When Cat shared a picture of herself with him on CD:UK in 2000, she remarked that both of them looked very young at the time.

A snapshot of the episode shows Cat with a youthful appearance, engaging in conversation with Jon sporting his signature hairstyle.

Cat began her career working alongside Ant and Dec on the popular show SM:TV Live. She also presented CD:UK, a music show related to the spin-off until 2005, which was well received.

During Wednesday's episode of This Morning, Cat Deeley, who is 47 years old, surprised Jon Bon Jovi, 62, by displaying an old photo of them together from 24 years ago. She remarked that they looked like "babies" back then.

The iconic rockstar, Jon Bon, who is now 62 years old, appeared on the ITV show to discuss his extensive musical journey. This was all in anticipation of the release of his upcoming film, Thank You, Goodnight.

Discussing his latest documentary, the artist stated: 'We aimed to avoid creating a self-indulgent project, it must reflect the authentic experiences of everyone if we were to illustrate this four decade-long journey.'

We had an emotional experience when we came together about six months ago to view a preliminary version of the content. That was the only time I have seen it, and it evoked strong emotions in me when I did.

Throughout a forty-year career, there are inevitably ups and downs that must be recognized to maintain an authentic and successful professional journey.

Cat and Ben Shephard, who are co-hosts, reviewed some old footage that was featured in the documentary. Jon mentioned that his baby photos are available to everyone because he has led a very privileged life.

In 2022, Jon had an operation on his throat and is currently taking part in vocal therapy to keep his voice in good condition, with the aim of enhancing it in the future.

After undergoing vocal surgery, he added that he had no trouble singing for their new album set to release in June. He shared that the surgery was successful and he is now in the process of fully recovering.

My vocal cords have been strained for more than four decades! I aspire to go on tour once more, but if I am not in top condition, I'll have to call it quits - plain and simple.

I want to let you know that my recovery progress has come a long way. However, I am not fully recovered yet and my goal is to play for two and a half hours per night, four days a week. We are committed to playing if we decide to do it.

Cat shared a video of herself and him from CD:UK in the year 2000. She made a remark, saying "Look at that, we both look so young in that video".

The host started her profession as a member of a lovable trio alongside Ant and Dec on SM:TV Live. She also presented the related pop music program, CD:UK.

Discussing his documentary, Jon stated: 'We didn't aim for it to be a self-serving work. If we were going to narrate this story that spans over 4 decades, it had to be an honest representation for all involved.'

In a recent interview with The Sunday Times, Jon expressed his openness to the idea of retiring from his singing career.

Although the vocalist shared with the news source that if he did not feel his forthcoming shows would meet his expectations, he would be content with concluding his musical career on a positive final performance.

"I've never said this before, but if my singing isn't great anymore and if I can't be the person I used to be, then I'll quit. And I'm okay with that," he expressed.

The vocalist of Livin' On A Prayer confessed that he didn't wish to let down his followers with unsatisfactory shows in case his vocals didn't recuperate after the surgery.

"I aspire to entertain people for two and a half hours per night, on four nights of the week. I am aware of my potential and don't want to disappoint anyone. In other words, I refuse to become like the overweight version of Elvis." These were his words.

The program This Morning can be watched on ITV1 & ITVX, airing from 10am on weekdays.

Together with Ben Shephard, Cat examined some vintage footage that was shown in the documentary depicting the rock star in 1984.

Jon became popular mainly due to his successful rock anthem Livin' On A Prayer (as shown in the photo taken in 1984).
