James Martin 'dating personal trainer' as couple spotted together following 'split' from long-term girlfriend

According to reports, James Martin has parted ways with his girlfriend of many years, Louise Davies. However, it seems that the famous cook hasn't wasted any time in finding a new romantic interest.

Martin, who is a well-known personality on ITV's Saturday Morning, was recently seen in the company of Kim Johnson, a personal trainer. It is worth noting that Kim is the former spouse of businessman Arun Nayar.

Earlier this week, there were reports stating that the chef and Davies went their own separate paths last December.

As per the news published on MailOnline, an official representative has stated that the romantic association between Martin and Davies has ended after being together for a duration of 12 years since their first meeting in 2011.

During the previous week, a well-known TV celebrity was seen walking with Johnson on Old Bond Street. Images obtained by MailOnline showcase the two of them amiably walking side by side as they went along the busy central London street.

Martin was wearing a sleeveless black jacket on top of a relaxed blue shirt and a pair of jeans, whereas Johnson had put on a short black skirt and a black sweater.

Recently, James has been seen hanging out with Kim Johnson, who happens to be his personal fitness coach.

Before Martin separated from Davies, they resided together in a grand estate in Hampshire. The culinary expert had previously expressed his contentment with not getting married.

His romantic connection shifts occurred shortly after Martin shared his struggles with cancer in 2023, which was revealed alongside allegations of mistreatment coming from those who had collaborated with him.

There was an initial report in 2018 claiming that the chef became upset due to a blocked drain in his residence. A more recent complaint was communicated to ITV in May of the previous year.

Shortly after in the month of July, he went on social media to share a comprehensive and honest message explaining his struggle with ill health.

According to reports, James and Louise have broken up.

He clarified that he had been receiving therapy for cancer "over the past five years," and stated that the conclusion of 2017 had been one of the most stressful and challenging times he had ever experienced.

I had to cope with the loss of my grandfather, who was my only living grandparent left. Unfortunately, due to my employment obligations, I wasn't able to make it to his funeral ceremony.

During the same month, my house was robbed at nighttime by a group of unknown individuals wearing masks. It happened while my partner Louise was alone at home and I was away for work.

Martin expressed his sorrow that she had to face the situation all by herself. Additionally, he disclosed that he received a diagnosis of cancer on his face. He underwent surgery, which he had to postpone until two days before Christmas as he was occupied with filming. The timing of the surgery seemed like a challenge.

In recent times, James Martin has shared details about his private life.

He last shared details about his well-being in November last year and expressed his gratitude towards his followers for their encouragement.

While performing on stage at the Philharmonic Hall in Liverpool, he expressed his gratitude to the audience: "Personally, I want to extend my thanks for the 30 years of television."

I have faced many challenges with cancer, but I am finally getting everything sorted out at the end of next month. I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for all of the support and messages that I have received.
