James Martin provided fans with an update regarding his struggle with cancer and stated that he will be taking some time off from work in the upcoming weeks.

On Monday, the 51-year-old TV cook brought his live performance to the Philharmonic Hall in Liverpool. During his time on stage, he shared a sincere message with his supporters about his well-being.

As reported by The Mirror, he expressed: 'Personally, I simply wished to show appreciation for three decades of TV.'

Personally, I have faced numerous struggles due to cancer, but I will finally be able to put it behind me by the end of next month.

I'll resume my fight towards the end of February, however, I need to take a brief pause to ensure everything is in order.

James Martin recently updated his supporters on his fight against cancer and revealed that he will be taking a brief hiatus from work in the upcoming few weeks.

The 51-year-old celebrity cook brought his tour to the Philharmonic Hall in Liverpool on Monday. While on stage, he shared an emotional message with his fans about his well-being.

The individual who frequently appears on This Morning program expressed their gratitude by saying, 'I simply wish to extend my appreciation to you for your ongoing backing and the various messages you have sent me.'

James found himself in trouble earlier in the year when a secret recording of him swearing at his TV crew was made public. The recording was made shortly after he received the surprising news that he had cancer and caused quite a stir.

The individual who hosts a TV program and has been accused of bullying his crew members on the show James Martin's Spanish Adventure, recently shared that he underwent surgery to eliminate a type of cancer on his face in 2018. This news has caused quite a stir.

The surprising confession was made public after an unbelievable recording was released to The Sun. In the recording, James used offensive language to scold his TV team about a clogged drain.

According to James' statement to the newspaper, his sudden and disruptive behavior resulted from a series of unfortunate incidents that occurred in his life. It all started with the passing away of his grandfather, followed by a traumatic experience of home invasion by burglars wearing masks, and ultimately, being diagnosed with cancer.

He stated that he had been diagnosed with cancer on his face and required surgery. However, he couldn't undergo the surgery until two days before Christmas as it was the end of filming. The cancer had returned on multiple occasions, and he receives regular treatments to manage it.

In 2018, while producing his show James Martin's Saturday Morning, James Martin was involved in a heated Zoom call during which he went on an abusive rant. This occurred during the same year that he had surgery for his cancer.

James expressed his complete remorse for getting angry and acknowledged that valuable insights have been gained.

He stated: 'From a personal perspective, I simply wish to extend my gratitude for three decades of televised content'

He stated: 'In my own experience, I have had to deal with a lot of difficulties because of cancer, but I am going to have everything sorted by the end of next month.'

Later on, it was revealed exclusively by The Daily Mail that he might be terminated by ITV since senior executives were immensely angry with his conduct.

During his sold-out live event in Birmingham in October, he became visibly emotional while addressing the claims, as reported by Birmingham Live.

According to the report, James expressed his gratitude by saying, "I appreciate everyone's support during these trying times as I have been unwell."

He went on to say, "I wanted to inform you of the upcoming plans for my Saturday program since ITV has come to a decision just recently. As a matter of fact, ITV has agreed to extend the Saturday show for another year, a decision we only learned of."

An audio recording that was not meant to be made public has surfaced, revealing James engaging in a lengthy and angry outburst directed towards members of his team during a video conference session that took place in 2018.

During the filming of his show, James Martin's Saturday Morning, a drain in the chef's home became blocked, causing frustration and annoyance. The chef could be heard uttering 42 expletives in response to the situation.

During a particular moment captured on audio, James was heard encouraging his team to be completely exhausted. In another instance, he got angry and proposed that they receive their lunch punishment while enduring rain.

News of the occurrence has been revealed following numerous grievances concerning the chef's behavior whilst shooting for James Martin's Spanish Adventure earlier this year. As a result, an inspection into his conduct has been launched by the company.

In reaction to the investigation conducted by ITV, James expressed his deep remorse for becoming furious and acknowledged that there were valuable lessons to be learned.
