Mullen's commercial manufacturing facility in Tunica spans across more than 120,000 square feet and is situated on more than 100 acres of land. The primary objective of this plant is to manufacture electric vehicles (EV) for commercial purposes, specifically targeting Class 1 and Class 3 vehicles.

The Mullen THREE is a highly effective Class 3 electric truck with a compact cab that is positioned towards the front of the vehicle. It has a maximum weight capacity of 11,000 pounds and an impressively small turning radius of 38 feet, making it exceptionally maneuverable on narrow city streets. This versatile chassis offers a clean and accessible space on top for easy customization, allowing for the installation of bodies that are as long as 14 feet and can carry a payload of over 5,800 pounds. Furthermore, the LCF chassis design enables the truck to travel an estimated 130 miles on a single charge, as determined by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), while also providing ample cargo space within a relatively compact overall length.
