The authorities have taken a female suspect into custody for suspected neglect. This comes after a five-month-old infant experienced cardiac arrest while at the Legoland Windsor Resort.

According to authorities, the infant is in a serious condition and is receiving medical care in a hospital following an event that occurred at approximately 1pm on Thursday.

Last Friday, authorities in Witham, Essex detained a 27-year-old female over allegations of mistreatment of a minor resulting in unjustifiable harm. Currently, the accused has been granted police bail, until 26 July.

Thames Valley Police's Child Abuse Investigation Unit's Detective Constable, Zoe Eele, revealed that they are probing a highly troubling occurrence that happened to a little one at Legoland Windsor sometime this week.

To begin with, we would like to express our sympathy to the family of the young boy who is in a severe state in the hospital due to experiencing a cardiac arrest. We are providing them with all the backing we can during this immensely challenging situation.

We're collaborating with the Legoland Windsor Resort team, and we want to ask anyone who has details about this situation, especially those who were in line for the Coastguard HQ boat ride between approximately 11.30am and 12.45pm, to come forward.
