: Palm Sunday in Pinoso

The events of Sunday, March 24 began with a unique ceremony of blessing at the Santa Catalina hermitage in Pinoso.
At the start of the day's activities, the palms and olive branches were sanctified by the Parish Priest, Juan Bautista Llinares.
The pilgrimage parade began after the benediction, including a depiction of Jesus and his disciples foretelling the future.
They continued their trip by walking down Calle Ancha and Maestro Domenech until they finally reached Calle 12 de Febrero de 1826, right beside the church.
The arrival of Jesus to Jerusalem was a celebration of high magnitude, complemented by the impressive sounds of trumpets and drums belonging to the Holy Christ of the Good Death and Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno.
After arriving at the Parish Church, a ceremony was held on Palm Sunday. The event saw the Apostles and the choir of the "San Pedro Apóstol" Parish join in.
The leaders of the fraternities that guide the parades during Holy Week in Pinoso attended the pilgrimage procession with a sizable audience in attendance.
