This coming Monday, there will be maintenance work taking place which will cause delays for all Portsmouth Harbour-Hilsea train services until 3:00 p.m. British Standard Time.

The occurrence of engineering works will result in disruptions to the train services running between Portsmouth Harbour and Hilsea. These disruptions may manifest as cancelled or delayed trains, as well as revised schedules.

The South Western Railway announced that certain lines will experience periods of blockage on Monday due to ongoing work.

The train company announced that when the rail route is blocked, there will be substitute buses available for travel between Fareham and Eastleigh.

You can make use of your tickets on GWR from Portsmouth to Southampton, and on Southern services from Portsmouth, Havant, and Waterloo up until 2:45 pm BST.

During the period of interruption, which is from 08:30 to 15:00, certain regional buses also accept tickets.
