as a tribute to the beautiful riverside location where the company was founded. Anouchka Gerlach, one of the founders of Riverside Luxury Cruises, chose the name "Riverside Ravel" to pay homage to the stunning riverside setting that served as the inspiration for their business.

Riverside Luxury Cruises celebrated the christening of Riverside Ravel in Viviers, France, prior to the ship's first journey along the Rhône river.

Anouchka Gerlach, one of the creators behind the cruise line, took on the role of being the godmother.

The boat is now called Crystal Ravel. It is the second one to be introduced by the fresh German river cruise company, which was established by Anouchka and Gregor Gerlach, siblings from Hamburg, towards the end of 2022.

Riverside Ravel is scheduled to navigate the Rhône river, covering the scenic route from Lyon to Arles. Alongside, Riverside Mozart (previously known as Crystal Mozart) will embark on a charming journey along the Danube.

Riverside seeks to establish a fresh benchmark in lavish river journeys by providing outstanding dining and drinks, hospitality, outings, and well-being services. Not to mention, their sophisticated suite accommodations and dedicated butler service cater to every guest.
