At the age of 53, Samantha Davis, who was well-known for her activism and was referred to by her soulmate, the Harry Potter star Warwick Davis, has passed away.

Davis, who established a non-profit organization called Little People UK – which supports people with dwarfism and their loved ones – was referred to by her partner as "the most beloved person in his existence."

The pair first encountered each other while filming the fantasy flick Willow in 1988. They both had leading roles alongside Val Kilmer. Davis, however, had already noticed Samantha when they were both working on another mystical movie called Labryinth with David Bowie. As per his autobiography, he had always been fascinated by her from a distance.

Eventually, they got into a relationship and tied the knot, raising two kids named Harrison and Annabelle.

When Davis talked about his late wife, who passed away on March 24th, he expressed how exceptional she was. She always had a positive outlook on life, and even found humor in his less-than-stellar jokes. Her personality was one-of-a-kind, making her truly unforgettable.

If it weren't for Sammy, there wouldn't be a Tenable quiz show, the Willow series or the third season of the Idiot Abroad series.

In simple language, Warwick expressed that Samantha was his closest and most reliable friend who strongly supported all his professional endeavors. He also felt that having her support was as powerful as possessing a special ability.

Harrison and Annabelle mentioned that their mother is their closest confidante and they are grateful to have experienced such strong affection from her. They attribute their happiness and resilience throughout their lives to her unwavering devotion.

The pair is known for transforming the image of individuals with dwarfism in the media and contributing to increasing knowledge about sepsis, which became an important matter for them after Samantha almost passed away from the condition while undergoing an operation in 2019.

Samantha Davis developed dwarfism due to achondroplasia, while Warwick Davis has spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita as the underlying cause of his condition.

The Davis household experienced the heartbreaking loss of their two infants, named Lloyd and George. During a 2015 interview with The Guardian, Samantha spoke about their tragic experience. She expressed that we all have a decision to make and they chose to bring their family together and become stronger. According to Samantha, life is meant to be lived to the fullest.

According to Warwick Davis, getting angry is not worth it. It is pointless and a waste of the limited time we have in our lives. Although there are moments where he and others may feel frustrated and overwhelmed, he only experiences real anger about twice a year.

After two years, when Davis was interviewed by the Guardian, he was questioned about who he loved the most. He replied by saying that his adoration for his spouse, Sam, was unmatched.
