On Thursday's episode of You're Hired, Karren Brady expressed her joy as she talked about her experience as a grandma.

Following the conclusion of The Apprentice, Karren and Tim Campbell made an appearance on the BBC spin-off show alongside host Tom Allen. This came after Rachel Woolford earned herself a business partnership worth £250,000 with Lord Sugar.

Before Tom introduced Rachel or the runner up Phil Turner on the show, he took a moment to congratulate Karren on her recent family news. Karren, who is 55 years old, was praised by Tom.

He started by saying, 'I know that a lot has happened for the two of you recently. Karren, it seems that congratulations are in order because you have recently become a grandmother.'

"Yes, I have," Karren affirmed, causing the audience to erupt into an enthusiastic round of applause.

On Thursday night's episode of You're Hired, Karren Brady was filled with joy as she talked about her new role as a grandmother. She praised her daughter Sophia Peschisolido, saying that she effortlessly embodies the qualities of a loving and nurturing mother.

Sophia Peschisolido, a former contestant on the show The Apprentice, gave birth to a baby boy at the end of March. Interestingly, this event happened to coincide with Karren Brady's 55th birthday, occurring just one week prior on April 4th.

Expressing her excitement over the new member of the family, she stated, "He is the most exquisite little boy on the planet, and my daughter has a natural way of taking care of him."

The mother and her baby are both in good health and I am extremely proud of the family, her spouse, and everyone else involved. It's wonderful news!

Sophia Peschisolido, who was a star in The Apprentice, gave birth to her child in late March. This was the exact week when Karren, who is 55 years old, celebrated her birthday on April 4th.

As Karren was hailed by the studio, Tom expressed his appreciation for Tim, the other advisor of Lord Sugar. Tom made sure Tim was acknowledged and mentioned that a lot has been happening for him too.

The businessman made a jest by saying, "I don't possess any grandkids." Tom poked fun and replied, "Regrettably, it's something else entirely."

"Let's give a round of applause to Tim for being named as the body of the week," he cheered, brandishing a snapshot of Tim's impressive muscle tone from a magazine.

Afterwards, Tim expressed, "I was offered the chance to vie against Usher Raymond, Lionel Messi, Matt Damon, and Zac Effron. And I pondered, why not? What's stopping me?"

At the start of this month, Karren shared that her birthday was made even more significant due to the birth of her grandchild.

Expressing her excitement about the new member in the family, she exclaimed: 'He's absolutely adorable; a bundle of joy that has captured my heart. My daughter has taken to mothering like a duck to water. Both mother and baby are thriving, and my love and admiration go out to her, her husband, and the wider family. Everyone is in great health, and it's simply wonderful.'

As Karren received laudations from the studio, Tom ensured that Tim, an associate advisor of Lord Sugar, was not ignored. The comedian remarked, "Tim, you have also been keeping yourself occupied with a lot of things."

Last month, Karren's eldest child with retired footballer Paul Peschisolido, who is an influencer, announced the arrival of her baby boy. However, his name remains a mystery as of now.

The victor of the 18th season of The Apprentice is Rachel Woolford.

Karren's daughter, who is an influencer and the older of her two kids with former footballer Paul Peschisolido, announced the arrival of her baby boy in the past month. However, she hasn't yet disclosed the name of the newborn.

The businesswoman had an ideal opportunity to exhibit her new grandchild. They relished a splendid feast and she was gifted a heart-shaped cake that was colored red.

Karren and Sophia, who was carrying her baby, were accompanied by Karren's spouse Paul Peschisolido, aged 52, and Sophia's companion Frankie Makin.

Sophia wrote: 'Wishing you a joyful birthday, dear mother/grandmother. This marks the first occasion that the baby is going out.'

Karren posted on her Instagram Story and expressed that it's an even more remarkable birthday this year, adding a blue heart emoji.

Rachel, who is 28 years old, became the fifth consecutive female winner to receive £250,000 from Lord Sugar. She achieved this victory by defeating Phil Turner, a 37-year-old pie shop owner.

During the last challenge, Rachel and Phil competed against each other to demonstrate to Lord Sugar their worthiness to obtain his investment of 250,000 pounds and to establish a joint venture of equal status with the famous television personality and successful entrepreneur.

The fitness entrepreneur was selected by Lord Sugar to receive the investment. He said, "It was a tough decision for me, but I have a strong feeling that Rachel will make a great business partner."

Late on Thursday, the news broke that a 28-year-old fitness business owner hailing from Leeds had emerged victorious over 37-year-old pie shop proprietor Phil Turner, snagging the coveted £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar. This marks the fifth consecutive time that a female candidate has won in this competition.

Upon being informed of her victory, Rachel expressed her astonishment by saying, 'Being a part of this experience has been extraordinary, and winning is simply unimaginable.'

During the last boardroom meeting, Baroness Karren and Tim shared their viewpoints regarding the performance of the contenders before Lord Sugar made his final verdict.

Speaking about Rachel, Baroness Brady mentioned that the business is a significant part of her life, and she is highly passionate about it. However, the primary concern is the high cost involved in opening gyms, and it is essential to note that your investment may get exhausted rapidly.

"I believe that Rachel's strength lies in her ability to enter a thriving industry with her exceptional product and service advocacy," stated Tim.

The concern lies in whether or not she can replicate her success from managing two gyms to an extensive number of locations.

Following the final intense presentations from all the contestants, Lord Sugar declared his final decision by stating, "Allow me to wrap things up here..."

This choice is extremely difficult, in my opinion, because I have two highly qualified individuals competing for the position. Rachel has declared that she earns a profit and intends to increase her earnings with a second gym. However, there are numerous gyms available, and they are not necessarily unique.

I have a keen interest in the niche pie market, but unfortunately, it's not a profitable venture at the moment. I feel discouraged because I cannot invest my time and resources into something that has no potential for success.

Currently, there is a business that is not making any profits. However, you assure me that it will improve in the future. This puts me in a difficult situation.

This is proving to be an incredibly challenging situation for me. I am facing difficulties, but I have a strong inner sense that Rachel will be the ideal person to join me as my business partner.

Rachel has finally achieved the title of champion on the show after working hard for four years. She started her business when she was just 23 years old and has been managing to work for extended periods of time.
