Confirmed Chelsea line up vs Everton

Chelsea vs Everton

Head coach Mauricio Pochettino has made a couple of alterations to Chelsea lineup for tonight's Premier League match against Everton at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are aiming to return to their winning form in the highest division following their disappointing 2-2 tie with Sheffield United in their previous match. They're also hoping to narrow the gap between them and the teams in the European spots.

Djordje Petrovic is still the goalkeeper for Chelsea, while Malo Gusto returns to play right-back. Axel Disasi won't be playing today because he's injured and not listed in the matchday squad.

The other defenders in the team are Trevoh Chalobah, Thiago Silva, and Marc Cucurella. Ben Chilwell is not playing in this game but he is on the bench, as he has recovered from an illness that prevented him from playing in their previous match against the Blades.

Enzo Fernandez does not appear to be included in tonight's team. Moises Caicedo and Conor Gallagher have been assigned to control the midfield.

Preceding the pair is a group of four attackers consisting of Mykhailo Mudryk, Cole Palmer, Noni Madueke, and Nicolas Jackson.

There are two fresh faces on the substitute's bench, as the Academy pairing of Kiano Dyer and Tyrique George have been added to the senior team's matchday lineup for the very first time.

The starting lineup for Chelsea includes Petrovic in the goalkeeping position. The defense will consist of Gusto, Chalobah, Silva, and Cucurella. In the midfield, we will see Caicedo and Gallagher playing alongside each other. The attacking line-up will be composed of Mudryk, Palmer, Madueke, and Jackson.

Chelsea's backup players include Bettinelli, Badiashile, Gilchrist, Chilwell, Dyer, Casadei, Chukwuemeka, George, and Deivid Washington.
