Caroline was a popular individual within the eventing scene of the United Kingdom, having established a good reputation amongst her peers. She possessed a confident persona and a passionate disposition towards life, which propelled her to achieve a great deal over the span of thirty years. Operating as a seasoned event rider, she excelled in competitions of the highest calibre. Even though she sustained an injury at Burnham Market in 2022, which rendered her career obsolete, her determination to seek fulfilment and meaning never wavered.

Caroline shifted her focus to nurturing young horses from her stable after retiring from riding. As riding became difficult, she discovered a newfound interest in capturing eventers through photography, and quickly became skilled enough to compete professionally. It's her natural talent and willingness to take on any challenge that will leave a lasting impression.

Caroline lived her life with dignity until the very end, which was a decision she made for herself. Her goodbye note will forever be remembered as it was genuinely written and tells her personal story. Even though she tackled difficult subjects and used expressive language, she always stayed authentic to who she was.

On this day, we would like to honor Caroline by toasting to her memory. To her loved ones, please know that all of us here at Team EN offer our sincerest sympathies. Caroline's legacy, which touched the lives of many through her various talents both on and off the eventing grounds, will always be remembered and celebrated.
