The film Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey achieved a remarkable feat by dominating the Razzie Awards, clinching success in five categories out of ten.

The scary movie benefited from the fact that the legal rights to AA Milne's well-known story had ended. The movie creators then changed the beloved characters from Hundred Acre Wood into ruthless murderers.

The movie Expendables, produced by Sylvester Stallone, also received two awards.

The Razzies were revealed a day before the Oscars ceremony, targeting the poorest quality films of the year and bringing attention to them in Hollywood.

The people in charge of the awards are calling them the "less attractive relative" compared to the Oscars.

The movie of Pooh that came out in the previous year got a lot of negative criticism at the time.

The Guardian labeled it as a frightful blend of unimpressive and humorless, rating it with just one star. Meanwhile, Empire criticized it for the most inadequate scripting and acting ever observed in a horror movie released in recent times.

The film received negative acclaim as it was awarded for having the worst picture quality, worst screenplay, worst directorial skills, and also for being the worst imitation of its concept. The portraying of Pooh and Piglet as savage murderers resulted in them being named as the worst on-screen couple.

Despite receiving unfavorable feedback, the director Rhys Frake-Waterfield, who earned the title of "worst director", is not discouraged. He has revealed plans to create a follow-up movie and additional horror flicks that feature endearing children's characters, including Bambi and Peter Pan.

In the US, the laws for copyrights state that characters can be owned for a period of 95 years. Once this time has passed, the characters are no longer protected by copyright laws, which means that anyone can use or reuse them for any purpose they wish without needing to ask permission or pay any fees. This includes sharing, performing, repurposing, or sampling in any way the user sees fit.

In the starting of 2024, the ownership rights for the animated short movie Steamboat Willie, produced by Walt Disney in 1928, came to an end.

Consequently, a fresh slasher movie preview showcasing a cloaked culprit donning Mickey Mouse attire was made public when the copyright officially lapsed.

On the same day, a fresh horror game inspired by Mickey was released, featuring the mouse soaked in blood marks.

2 and Transformers, respectively. Both actors were praised by critics for their outstanding acting skills. Stallone received the Best Actor award for his role in The Expendables 2, while Fox won the Best Actress award for her performance in Transformers. It's no surprise that these two talented actors were recognized for their work in these blockbuster films. Both Stallone and Fox have delivered amazing performances throughout their careers, proving that they are true masters of their craft. Congratulations to both Sylvester Stallone and Megan Fox for their well-deserved awards!

Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey was not able to win in some areas, particularly the ones for worst male and female performers.

The award for the least skilled actor was given to Jon Voight, who had won an Oscar previously, for his portrayal of an Irish gangster in the film Mercy.

The movie received predominantly unfavorable feedback, as it depicts a past military surgeon enduring the harshness of Irish criminals who have taken patients without any guilt.

This year, Megan Fox received two awards. One award was for being the worst actress in the horror-heist movie Johnny & Clyde, while the other was for being the worst supporting actress in the fourth episode of the Expendables series.

The movie Expendables, written as "Expend4bles", also had Sylvester Stallone winning the award for the worst supporting actor. Stallone has been nominated for various awards 16 times in the past.
