Keanu Reeves in Sonic the Hedgehog was foreshadowed all along

It was announced yesterday that Keanu Reeves has been cast to voice Shadow in the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie.
The information swiftly circulated on various social networking sites, as individuals exchanged amusing images of Shadow, Cyberpunk 2077, and other related issues to commemorate the news.
The reality is, in the initial Sonic movie, there was a clue about Keanu Reeves' participation in the future. It was a bit indirect, though.
In the initial movie of Sonic, there is a moment when Sonic catches sight of Reeves acting in the famous suspenseful movie Speed from 1994 (as one would expect). Sonic then exclaims, "Keanu! You are highly valued by our country."
Currently, he is a valuable asset to the Sonic movie as a national treasure. Moreover, I find it quite amusing that this X user proposed a voice actor idea featuring Sonic and Shadow.
I'm really looking forward to seeing a post-credits scene featuring Sonic and Shadow just hanging out and watching TV. It would be hilarious if Sonic freaks out upon hearing Shadow's voice because it sounds exactly like Keanu Reeves from the TV show they're watching. Shadow, however, wouldn't get what the big deal is. To switch things up, they decide to watch Parks and Recreation, and that's when Shadow is shocked to realize that Sonic sounds just like Ben Schwartz. It would be such a funny moment!
