The Bundesliga match between Bayern Munich and Union Berlin turned into a tumultuous scene on Wednesday when the away team's manager Nenad Bjelica forcefully shoved Leroy Sane in the face, ensuing in a physical altercation between the two teams' benches on the sideline.

There were still more than 15 minutes remaining in the game and Bayern was ahead. Sane went to get the ball for a throw-in on the sideline at the Allianz Arena when Bjelica, the Croatian manager, stopped him from retrieving it.

The ex-Manchester City player, Sane, made a motion with his hand towards the ball, resulting in both of them confronting each other.

Suddenly and surprisingly, the coach in charge of Union Berlin lost control and shoved Sane two times in the face without any apparent reason. As a result, a physical altercation broke out between the two teams' benches on the side of the field.

During the Bayern debut, Eric Dier was spotted attempting to calm down the commotion between the players, as Sane and Bjelica were causing a disturbance that both teams were trying to quell.

During a recent match, Nenad Bjelica, boss of Union Berlin, pushed Bayern Munich's top player, Leroy Sane, in the face.

The manager of Union Berlin became angry and aggressive towards Sane, causing him to push him in the face.

The chaos that followed forced referee Frank Willenborg to expel the Croatian manager for showing aggressive behavior, whereas Sane was given a cautionary yellow card for his involvement in the event.

The person who is 52 years old kept defending his point of view as he moved up to the area for spectators and seemed to attack a few Bayern fans but then got pacified.

After the game, Bjelica spoke and admitted he realized why he was kicked out and knows that his actions are unacceptable. However, he chose not to say sorry to Sane.

"I was focused and ready to pass the ball to him, but he physically shoved me. As a result, I couldn't help but respond in the moment," the individual explained.

When asked if he would apologize, he stated that he would only apologize to his team. He expressed that he does not tolerate Sané's behavior and claimed that Sané was intentionally trying to provoke him. Although he recognizes that he should have reacted differently as a coach, he did not have anything else to add.

Thomas Tuchel, the leader of Bayern, responded to the incident in a diplomatic manner.

"He's not in good shape," he remarked. "It's challenging to support him. However, I prefer not to comment on it. I don't want to worsen the situation."

Sane and Bjelica got into a confrontational stance when the Bayern winger made an attempt to retrieve the ball for a throw-in.

Bjelica lost control and impulsively used force by pushing Bayern's No 10 twice in the face.

During the game, the referee Frank Willenborg gave the Croatian manager a red card because of their aggressive behavior.

Bayern successfully secured their win, triumphing over their Bundesliga opponents with a score of 1-0, all thanks to Raphael Guerreiro's goal in the second half.

Thomas Tuchel's team made a strong comeback after their loss to Werder Bremen last week and managed to reduce the difference between them and the top team by four points.

The match was delayed in December because of the extensive snowfall in Munich during that period.

Bayern were determined to correct their mistake from Sunday's match, where they lost 1-0. As a result, the opposing team had to endure a great deal of early pressure.

During the second half, Raphael Guerreiro scored the sole goal of the match, resulting in Bayern's victory with a score of 1-0.

Frederik Ronnow, the goalkeeper for the Union team, successfully blocked Matthijs de Ligt's header and Dayot Upamecano's follow-up shot in the seventh minute. He also deflected Kingsley Coman's low shot to the side a bit after.

In the 23rd minute, Coman almost scored a goal for Bayern, but his attempt missed the goal post by a small margin. Bayern had control of the ball for almost 80% of the first half.

Right after the game resumed, Guerreiro smashed the ball into the net following Harry Kane's shot that had hit the post and then went straight to the Portuguese player. This goal broke the tie and gave Guerreiro's team an advantage.

Bayern have now reached 44 points and are in second position, while Leverkusen is currently leading the charge for the title with 48 points.
