Sam Thompson's sweet reunion with Zara McDermott after I'm A Celeb win

After winning I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2023, Sam Thompson was able to have a conversation with his girlfriend Zara McDermott at last.

On Sunday night, the new ruler of the jungle was announced and it happens to be the former star of Made in Chelsea, who is now 31 years old. The runner-up position was secured by Tony Bellew, who is 41 years old. The third spot was taken by a former politician, Nigel Farage who is 59 years old.

The reality TV star emerged victorious, receiving more than 40% of the total viewer vote. He expressed his enthusiasm while reuniting with his friend Pete Wicks on a shaky bridge, and Sam immediately jumped into his buddy's arms.

Although Zara, his girlfriend, didn't attend the event in person, she hosted a huge party for him with loved ones. At the conclusion of the night, the two still had a lovely reunion.

Zara from Love Island previously shared a moment where the crowd was ecstatic with joy when Sam won I'm A Celeb 2023. She has now uploaded another clip that displays the pandemonium before and after the victory.

Setting the video to the tune of the popular song "Everybody In Love" by JLS, the clips depict the family indulging in food, drinks, and tuning in to watch Sam's television appearance. As expected, everyone erupted with excitement when the anticipated moment arrived.

Finally, the couple come back together through FaceTime. Zara is thrilled and talks excitedly to her boyfriend who was still processing the fact that he was crowned as King.

On the opposite end of the video call, we can observe Sam loudly shouting and expressing excitement, while being encircled by fellow campers.

Zara gave an explanation before as to why Pete was heading to Australia to meet with Sam while she remained at their home. She divulged that her partner believed she would continue to participate in Strictly Come Dancing while he spends time in the jungle.

Essentially, she was eliminated from the contest before Sam went to Australia. However, she clarified on Instagram that she couldn't handle all the preparations. But even so, Sam was thrilled about the possibility of Pete accompanying him so she didn't mind waiting for him back at their starting point.

Sam expressed to Ant and Dec that his experience in the jungle felt like an unforgettable dream that he wished to prolong.

He joked that when Ant and Dec first entered the camp, he was so overwhelmed that he lost consciousness. He also stated that participating in I'm A Celeb was the most unreal experience he had ever had.

It appears that Sam has an eventful year ahead as bookmakers have suggested that he may become a host on This Morning, participate in Strictly Come Dancing, and possibly star in his own television program with his best mate Tony from I'm a Celeb.

The famous person has a busy schedule for the upcoming year because they, along with their colleague Pete, are planning to bring their podcast called Staying Relevant to various cities throughout the UK in April 2024. These cities include Newcastle, Glasgow, London, Manchester, and Cardiff.
