According to reports, Millie Gibson, who plays a role in Doctor Who, has been removed from the show by the BBC. As a result, another actor will take her place.

Last year, it was announced that the ex-Coronation Street performer, aged 19, would take on the role of Ruby Tuesday, the Doctor Who's companion played by Ncuti Gatwa.

She appeared for the first time in the Christmas special along with Davina McCall. The news is out that she won't be coming back for another season and Varada Sethu is rumored to be taking her place.

According to reports, showrunner Russell T Davies has written out the character in question. A source has claimed that the character will only return to the show to resolve any unresolved storylines.

According to an unnamed source who spoke to The Mirror, Millie Gibson is no longer part of the team and a fresh new member has joined, which is quite thrilling.

Russell is making sure that everything is progressing and not slowing down at all.

According to the post, Millie is set to appear only a few times in the upcoming season of Sex Education's Ncuti, who will star as the Doctor and which will air in the year 2025.

From May onwards, viewers can tune in to watch the eight episodes she has already recorded.

In the meantime, the word on the street is that Varada, who is 32 years old, may be appearing alongside Ncuti in the upcoming Christmas special.
