The well-known comedian, who has featured on various television programs such as 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Live At The Apollo, and Mock The Week, has been dismissed from his talent agency, Insanity.

The business declared that the material in a removed article contradicted entirely with their beliefs and principles.

The post has also been brought to the attention of the Metropolitan Police.

Baptiste admitted he had made a huge mistake by receiving multiple alarming and negative messages from various accounts that accused him of being anti-Semitic. These messages arose due to his support for Palestine.

The funny man mentioned that his significant other had brought it to his attention that a group of individuals were keeping tabs on her Instagram profile.

Baptiste expressed regret on social media, admitting that he made a significant mistake. He shared that his response was hasty and over the top, as he was trying to deter anyone who may have been keeping tabs on his loved ones.

I made sure to use the term Zionist instead of Jewish. However, I understand that the language may be disturbing, threatening, and ignite conflict. Let me clearly state that I have no negative intentions towards the Jewish community and have never had any.

I deeply care about my family and will do anything to protect them. However, I didn't handle a situation well and let my emotions take over without thinking about the outcome. I want to express my sincere apologies to the Jewish community, my coworkers, and supporters for my behavior.

In 2014, Baptiste made history by becoming the initial black comedian to be up for the prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Awards' best newcomer category. He also hosted Bamous, a comedy show on BBC Three.

The stuff he wrote in his post goes against everything that we believe in and support. We immediately let him know this and have decided not to collaborate with him anymore.
