Christian Dumontet, husband to former Selling Sunset cast member Christine Quinn, was taken into police custody twice within a time span of 36 hours. The arrest was made following accusations of domestic violence. Dumontet, known as Christian Richard on the show, was first arrested at the couple’s Los Angeles home on March 19 around 2 p.m. Police sources revealed that Dumontet allegedly threw a bag containing a glass bottle, which missed his partner but injured the child of the victim. Dumontet has been charged with an assault with a deadly weapon and their 2-year-old son was taken to the hospital. Quinn then obtained an emergency protective order against her husband. However, Dumontet violated the order and was taken into custody once again on the following day at 11:40 p.m. in Hollywood.
In December 2019, Quinn and Dumontet tied the knot in a lavish ceremony that was featured in Selling Sunset. Their bundle of joy arrived in May 2021. After season five of the show aired in 2022, Quinn departed from Selling Sunset.
