Dolly Parton fans defend star over cheerleader outfit

Dolly Parton supporters quickly came to her aid after she received negative comments for donning a revealing outfit during the Dallas Cowboys' Thanksgiving game.

The celebrated icon sparked commotion when she took to the stage during the game's intermission, donning her own rendition of the infamous outfit worn by the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders.

At 77 years old, she looked amazing in tight white shorts, a blue shirt that revealed her chest and stomach, a small vest, and a belt with blue stars, which matched the Cowboys team colors.

The small Jolene vocalist, who wore a sparkling star over her belly button, happily displayed her youthful body while performing some of her popular songs on stage.

However, even though the American Football fans were happy, several individuals voiced their disapproval on Twitter regarding the artist's appearance, stating that it was not suitable for her age.

During her Halftime Show performance, Dolly displayed her youthful appearance that defies her age.

Someone expressed their admiration for Dolly, but commented that the clothing she wore on a recent occasion would have been more appropriate for someone who is 17 years old rather than someone who is 77 years old.

Another person commented, "Dolly has succumbed to thirst traps. This is quite inappropriate and borderline offensive."

One person remarked, "I just noticed that Dolly was talking to Madonna on the phone. That's funny, lol." Another individual expressed, "Do you think it's appropriate for Dolly Parton, who is 77 years old, to dress like a 20-year-old Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader?"

However, her supporters were not accepting it. A fan retaliated by stating: "Absolutely.. Dolly has the ability to carry this off with elegance."

Dolly chose to don a less daring ensemble for her performance during the heated Georgia vs. Tennessee match at Neyland Stadium on the 18th of November.

Another person commented, "I don't understand why anyone would complain. It's amazing to see that someone her age can still look so great."

One person left a comment stating that those who were complaining about Dolly Parton's outfit should accept that it is who she has always been, and that she is a queen.
