Dolly Parton

A little while ago, Dolly Parton made a terminally ill admirer's day by giving them a private phone call. This individual was desperate to meet the esteemed artist.

The Washington Post reported that LeGrand Gold found out that his carcinoma in the colon had reached its final stage, and he was concerned that he might not fulfill everything on his wish list.

Around one year ago, Gold jotted down a list of 11 objectives on a piece of paper napkin with the intention of completing them.

He thought that it would be impossible to meet Parton amongst the two options.

However, subsequent to Gold's spouse, Alice, sharing his desire on the internet, he received a phone call from Parton earlier this week while he was residing in his Utah residence.

News has it that Gold, who is now 48 years old, was taken aback when he heard his preferred musician's voice.

It has been reported that Parton and LG had a brief conversation lasting around four minutes. During their chat, Parton made a modification to the words of her song "I Will Always Love You", saying "I will always love LG" instead, in reference to his nickname.

According to The Washington Post, it is predicted that gold will remain in existence for a duration of two to twelve months.

He expressed that Parton's phone call was very important to him.
