He stated that he is aware of men's vulnerability, especially after his brother's passing.

During the conversation with Claudine Collins, Tre became overwhelmed with emotions as he spoke about his deceased brother. Collins mentioned that Tre's brother would have been extremely proud of him. This segment was perceived by the audience.

Foluso, Rachel, Steve, and Tre are all competitors on the TV show The Apprentice, produced by FremantleMedia Ltd.

Tre added: "My brother's demise was due to COVID. He wasn't able to identify it as such since it happened back in January, when he initially showed signs of illness."

There's a certain demeanor that a vast majority of men exhibit when discussing wellness. They tend to be nonchalant and lack seriousness, which led me to develop a product catered specifically towards men.

According to Tre, it was an amazing experience to have the chance to discuss a variety of topics that impact men, including himself. He mentioned that it's not often that men display their sensitive side on TV, so joining The Apprentice gave him the opportunity to display authenticity and serve as an example of what he preaches as a coach and mentor.

He described his experience by saying: "Sharing my personal struggles, such as my battle and ultimate success in overcoming Crohn's disease, was truly remarkable. Additionally, discussing the pain of losing my brother and being able to openly express my emotions as a man on a national platform highlighted the fact that there are many things that men tend to avoid sharing."

I was determined to show people, particularly those who display harmful traits of masculinity, what it's like for someone my age - a middle-aged man - to appear on a show like that and be true to oneself. As a coach and mentor, I aim to lead by example and prove that it's achievable to go through a nationwide evaluation whilst maintaining our integrity and excelling in the process.

Tre was victorious many times in the competition, experiencing triumphs such as setting a new record for the largest sale ever made in the show's existence.

Tre and his crew accomplished quite a feat during the Formula-E mission by netting an astounding £38.7 million in sponsorship, which completely blew away the prior record of £1.2 million.

After looking back on his experience on The Apprentice, Tre expressed to RadioTimes.com that he feels a sense of accomplishment for his dignified conduct throughout the contest.

In the television show The Apprentice, there are six contestants: Raj, Foluso, Rachael, Tre, Steve, and Noor. The show is produced by FremantleMedia Ltd.

According to him, his greatest source of pride is his capacity to strive for victory. He clarifies that he couldn't rely on solely participating in meetings to succeed, since he was never summoned to the room for discussion due to his persistence in delivering results.

In my opinion, I put in maximum effort. Therefore, I am content that my attributes and principles have been displayed and personally, I see it as a triumph.

You can catch the final episode of The Apprentice 2024 on Thursday 18th March at 9pm on BBC One or BBC iPlayer.
