On Saturday evening, Ryan Garcia made a splendid comeback to the boxing ring in Houston. Following the match, Garcia utilized the victorious ceremony to challenge his forthcoming adversary.

During the headline fight on a Golden Boy card, which was live-streamed on DAZN, Garcia achieved an eighth-round knockout victory against Oscar Duarte. This successful outcome contributed to Garcia's record, which now stands at 24 wins and 1 loss, with 20 knockouts.

Garcia hit Duarte with a powerful left hook that caught him off guard, followed by a series of punches that knocked him to the ground. Although Duarte tried to stand up, he was unable to do so within the referee's ten count.

Ryan Garcia scored a knockout victory against Oscar Duarte in a recent boxing match, as seen in the "shorts" video clip on YouTube. This exciting moment showcases Garcia's impressive skills in the ring and highlights the power of his punches. Fans of boxing and knockout moments will definitely want to check out this footage of Garcia's latest win.

Prior to being knocked out, Duarte had put up a formidable fight. The statistics showed that, as per CompuBox, Duarte had landed an impressive 62 power punches, which was seven more than what Garcia had landed (55). Additionally, Garcia had only managed to connect with one more punch overall.

Even though Duarte was determined to win, Garcia's strength and quickness ultimately gave him the edge in the bout. These traits were especially evident in the final round.

Duarte suffered his second loss and first knockout in his career record of 26 wins, 2 losses, and 1 draw. On Saturday night, Garcia returned to the ring after getting defeated by Gervonta Davis in April through technical knockout.

Following the bout, Garcia challenged Rolly Romero and expressed his interest in taking on Shakur Stevenson during the press conference.

Garcia appeared to give more importance to a possible match with Romero when he referred to him as an enthusiastic, unpredictable and exciting adversary.

Garcia and his promoter, the famous Oscar De La Hoya, made some not-so-nice comments about Stevenson. They joked about how Stevenson didn't do much in his last fight against Edwin De Los Santos, which happened back in November.

Although Stevenson was declared the winner by unanimous decision, his performance in the fight was heavily criticized for being dull and lackluster.

The way Garcia fought Duarte didn't impress many as an amazing display of boxing skills. The commentators, including Shawn Porter, Todd Grisham, and Sergio Mora, urged Garcia to showcase his abilities before the left hook led to a series of punches that ultimately finished the match.

If Garcia takes on Stevenson or Romero as his next opponent, it could make for an exciting bout. These two fighters are relatively new to the scene and have gained a lot of attention, which could generate more buzz around the fight than the one against Duarte last Saturday.
