Finalists announced for prestigious in-Cumbria business awards 2023

The names of the chosen participants for this year's highly respected in-Cumbria awards have been revealed, acknowledging and celebrating the outstanding accomplishments of the local business community.

The judging process for the Newsquest in-Cumbria Business Awards 2023 has concluded, resulting in the selection of 33 outstanding companies and individuals who have made it to the shortlist.

The esteemed panel of judges included Rachael Bell, who represents Rachael Bell Wealth Management; Carol Fish, a member of Cartmell Shepherd Solicitors; Graham Lamont, belonging to Lamont Pridmore; Mark Bowman, an executive at Inspira; Karen Hadley, affiliated with the University of Cumbria; Kelly Ashbridge, associated with The Cumberland; Caroline Barber, from 32West; Gail Rajjayaburn, part of David Allen; Jim Walker, a representative of Cumbria Tourism; and Rebecca Graves, the director at NRL.

Attendees of the awards ceremony will have the pleasure of enjoying an evening filled with amusement, mingling, and delectable cuisine and beverages, guided by the captivating presence of Aaron Calvert, a mesmerizing entertainer who specializes in hypnotism and mind reading.

Aaron started his career by studying medicine, but later on he decided to blend his talents as a psychic and a hypnotist to create exhilarating live performances that captivate audiences in various parts of the nation.

He showcased his talent at the renowned Edinburgh Fringe Festival and is additionally the lead performer in the television series Hello Stranger, aired on Channel 4.

The prestigious in-Cumbria Business Awards are set to happen on November 23rd at the esteemed venue, The Halston in Carlisle.
