Joe Lycett, the funnyman, recently spilled the beans on the fabricated news stories he managed to get published in the UK media during the past month. He boasted about creating a false story about a man who had a bruise resembling Prince Harry and another piece about a statue of H from the band Steps being installed in Cowbridge, Wales - his hometown.

During the debut of his latest Channel 4 program, Lycett declared that four accounts which had been disseminated by newspapers and TV broadcasts were in fact concocted.

During an appearance on Late Night Lycett on Friday, he revealed a series of fabricated stories. These included a Birmingham-based five-a-side football player who supposedly had a bruise on his thigh that resembled Prince Harry's face, as well as research claiming that men from Birmingham have the largest penises in the UK. Additionally, there was apparently a mural of Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz in Birmingham that was falsely declared to be a Banksy creation, and a statue of H from Steps being erected in Cowbridge that was completely made up.

Ian H Watkins made a video for the show to deny that the news was true.

The previous week, a guy named Lycett, who is 35 years old, stated that he was responsible for creating a bunch of untrue news stories that have been spread throughout popular news outlets within the last four weeks.

He verified that various accounts have been disseminated through different national media outlets such as the Mail, the Sun, BBC News, ITV News, Sky News, and the Independent.

Lycett, hailing from Birmingham, is famous for his daring escapades and humorous shenanigans. Last year, he made the bold decision to alter his legal name to Hugo Boss as a form of rebellion against the German fashion giant's actions towards small businesses and charitable organizations that utilized the word "boss" in their titles.

In addition, he fed simulated £10,000 into a device that converts wood into small pieces, called a wood-chipper, due to his disapproval of David Beckham serving as a commentator for the Qatar's male soccer World Cup in 2022.
