Jake Cornish, a participant in Love Island All Stars, has decided to leave the show.

During the Tuesday episode, Jake shared a preview for the upcoming third episode where he gathered the other contestants near the firepit to reveal some news.

The derivative show involves 12 previous participants of the program who have come back for another opportunity to find love at the villa.

During the episode aired on the night of January 15th, Jake entered the villa where he encountered Liberty Poole, his ex-girlfriend and former partner from season seven of the dating show.

Following a vote from the public, Jake and Liberty were selected to be paired up, but neither of them appeared to be happy with the decision.

When Liberty was spotted by him as he arrived at the villa, he expressed, "What are the possibilities," and then clarified that there were no negative feelings between them, despite the fact that they hadn't communicated since the end of series 7, when she broke up with him a few days before the finale.

In 2021, this pair made their first appearance on Love Island and quickly became the top contenders to be crowned winners after coupling up early on in the competition. They declared their relationship official and endured the challenging Casa Amor trial.

However, a few days prior to the seventh season finale, the couple ended their relationship and simultaneously left the show. They have stated that they have not been in contact since then.

Maya Jama is returning as the host for the All Stars series, taking over from Laura Whitmore since January 2023.

The group of former islanders who will be making a comeback on the new season of Love Island consist of Georgia Harrison, Toby Aromolaran, Kaz Kamwi, Chris Taylor, Georgia Steel, Anton Danyluk, Hannah Elizabeth, Jake Cornish, Demi Jones, Luis Morrison, Liberty Poole, and Mitchel Taylor.

Nonetheless, this iteration of Love Island will have some differences from its prior installments. Apparently, the notorious hideaway known as Casa Amor will not make an appearance in the All Stars version of the program.
