The group of actors from the movie Pulp Fiction came together to pay tribute to Bruce Willis during a gathering marking 30 years since the hit film was released.

The Hollywood screening of the movie was attended by Samuel L Jackson, Uma Thurman, and John Travolta, who are the film’s stars. However, Willis did not attend because he is living with frontotemporal dementia.

While attending an event representing his role as boxer Butch Coolidge in the popular 1994 movie, actor Bruce Willis was accompanied by his wife Emma Heming Willis, aged 45, and his daughter Tullulah, aged 30.

On Thursday, 18 April, an assortment of renowned stars showed up to the TCM Classic Film Festival and participated in a photograph session to commemorate the Tarantino flick. Rosanna Arquette, Phil LaMarr, Julia Sweeney, Frank Whaley, and Eric Stoltz were also present to join in the festivities alongside the rest of the cast.

While Willis was not present, his daughter Tallulah paid tribute to him by donning a black baseball cap with "Bruce" stitched onto it in white. Emma, Willis's spouse of 15 years, dressed in a stylish jet-black ensemble and complemented it with high-heeled shoes.

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Travolta recounted his experiences collaborating with Willis on important moments in the beloved movie.

Travolta talked about his past connection with Bruce. They worked on Look Who's Talking, which turned out to be a big hit. They became friends and even went on vacation together with their spouses. This was something they've done before, so it wasn't a new experience. They were already familiar with each other and felt comfortable around one another.

Travolta reminisced about how effortless it was to spend time with each other and unwind. He expressed that there was an authentic affection between them and they considered themselves fortunate to be a part of such a unique film.

His family had previously announced that he would be taking a break from acting due to aphasia, which was affecting his cognitive abilities. The recent diagnosis was made one year after that announcement.

The family of Willis declared with the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration in February 2023 that they received a more precise explanation for his condition, which is frontotemporal dementia. Although it is distressing, the disease has other symptoms that Bruce is encountering alongside difficulties in communication. Nevertheless, they find some consolation in having a definite diagnosis after a long awaited period of uncertainty.

Dementia UK states that FTD is a general term for a collection of brain diseases that primarily target the frontal and temporal lobes. These areas of the brain are responsible for various functions, including personality, behavior, language, and speech.

After being diagnosed, Heming regularly posts updates about her husband's health on social media. In the month of March, Heming responded to rumors that suggested Willis wasn't leading a happy life after being diagnosed with dementia.

According to an Instagram video, the statement in the headline about her husband lacking joy is completely false.

I desire for our society and whoever is responsible for producing these ridiculous headlines to cease frightening individuals. Stop pushing the notion that after a diagnosis of any form of neurocognitive ailment, it's the end. Let's not throw in the towel and give up.

According to her, although her family is coping with the sorrowful emotions stemming from Willis's illness, the actor is presently encircled by feelings of affection and contentment.

This is our current situation. Please refrain from using ridiculous headlines or clickbait tactics that cause unnecessary panic. Let's put a stop to this. There's no need to sensationalize the situation.
