Elizabeth Hurley has responded to the feedback about her son, who is 22 years old, directing her in a romantic scene on camera. Some people found the situation to be "strange."

The lead actor from Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery performs a highly emotional sexual act with an unknown woman in her son Damien's first-ever film, Strictly Confidential.

The thriller movie features Georgia Lock, who portrays the character of Mia. Mia comes back to St Kitts, which is a Caribbean island, on the remembrance of her friend Rebecca's death. While examining the supposed suicide case of Rebecca, Mia gets entangled in a series of events involving sexual content, deceitful schemes, and killing.

Elizabeth, who is 58 years old and portrays the role of Rebecca's mother, has received criticism for consenting to her son directing her in explicit scenes for Strictly Confidential.

During an interview with The One Show, the performer expressed her belief that the responses to the sexual scene arrangement have been "crazy".

Elizabeth stated that neither she nor her son contemplated the sex scene prior to filming, due to the fact that the movie was made on a tight budget and they needed to move forward quickly.

She commented that Damien had a total of approximately six or seven shots to capture on that particular day, and that the one being discussed was merely one of them.

The celebrity mentioned that individuals have overreacted. He clarified that the situation was not as severe as someone trespassing into his bedroom with a video camera.

On the filming location, there were about a hundred individuals present who were aware that filming intimate scenes does not involve actual sex.

The depiction of any form of intimate act is simply a matter of applied skills and knowledge.

Elizabeth's child with Steve Bing, a film producer who passed away due to suicide last year, is Damian.

At the start of this month, the director and model revealed to the Sunday Times that it was ordinary to direct his mother during the sexual scene in the movie.

He stated that he had conversed with many friends who were also offspring of parents involved in the same industry.

People say the exact same thing - that what may seem weird and unusual to people who are not familiar with our culture, is something we have become accustomed to in our daily lives.

He mentioned that Elizabeth educated him on the topic of sexuality when he was very young, which he considers ridiculous. He also described their relationship as more of a fraternal bond rather than a parental one.

He also mentioned that the duo felt so at ease while filming that they opted to not hire an intimacy coordinator.

The movie Strictly Confidential has received unimpressive feedback after being released in the United States last month.

Dennis Harvey, a reviewer for Variety, stated that the movie begins with an appearance of being an erotic thriller-mystery, but later turns into a sequence of explanations through flashbacks - he compared it more to a TV show like Dynasty than a mystery novel by Agatha Christie.

Before its scheduled release on May 13th in the UK, Peter Bradshaw from The Guardian critically reviewed Strictly Confidential by giving it only one star and describing the movie as a "softcore sex drama".
