Saints manager Russell Martin expressed disapproval of his team's fans during the press conference following the game. He mentioned that the supporters had disappointed themselves by their actions.

"I haven't laid my eyes on it, however, I believe it's superfluous and I'm quite certain that only a small fraction of people will be interested," he expressed.

Our supporters were superb this evening. However, for the few individuals who acted inappropriately, if their behavior detracts from the wonderful evening we experienced, the victory we achieved, and reaching Wembley in any manner, then they have disappointed themselves.

It is fortunate that only a small number of people had a negative experience, and it is hoped that the majority enjoyed their evening and had a wonderful time. They were fantastic.

Tonight was an amazing experience for us. However, we have the opportunity to have an even greater and more remarkable experience next week. Therefore, it is crucial for us to ensure that this happens.
