During Paris Fashion Week, Victoria Beckham presented a unique and daring collection on the runway. However, the show was interrupted by protesters advocating for animal rights.

The autumn/winter 2024 collection hit the runway and started a fresh trend. The first model to strut her stuff was dressed in what appeared to be a classic tailored suit. On closer inspection, it was revealed that the jacket was not attached to her body and had a bold open back.

While a lot of the assortment remained faithful to the brand's identity, exhibiting a combination of delicate dresses, precise tailoring, and desirable outerwear, there was also an experimental element to the fashion.

The collection had a lot of sculptural elements in it, and the coats were designed with high necklines that were zipped up all the way to the models' chins.

The colors used were not very bright and some of the styles had a feel reminiscent of the 1970s, especially the pants that were high-waisted and flared at the bottom. Many designers have been incorporating aspects of the 70s into their collections this fashion season, including Chemena Kamali who just made her debut as the creative director for Chloe.

In order to further emphasize the edgier aspect, the presentation of the show was modern and simple. They kept the makeup to a minimum, which is typical for shows put on by Victoria Beckham. Their focus is on making the skin have a radiant glow. Additionally, the models' hair was styled with a sleek, smooth look.

The primary source of inspiration for the hair was the size and dimensions of the collection, according to the lead stylist Anthony Turner, who utilized ghd tools and Wella Professionals products.

During fashion shows, we have observed stunning high collars that required a sleek hairdo with a petite silhouette to ensure that the hair tips could be smoothly tucked in.

At the end of the show, Beckham made a sentimental farewell wearing all black. Due to a gym accident last month, she had to use crutches to walk. She seemed to gesture a kiss towards the people who assisted in designing the clothing at the atelier. After the show, she expressed her gratitude towards her amazing Atelier team via Instagram. She couldn't have done it without them and conveyed her love towards them all.

The exhibition took place in a cozy room at Hotel Salomon de Rothschild, illuminated by candles. However, the peaceful ambiance was disturbed by members of Peta, who staged a protest against animal cruelty.

The advocates stood up during the show and paraded down the catwalk alongside the fashion models while exhibiting signs that read "long live vegan leather."

On their T-shirts, it says: "Animals aren't just materials. Choose against using animal skins."

The animal rights organization known as PETA stated that even though Beckham's brand has prohibited the utilization of fur and exotic animal skins, they continue to use a significant amount of leather that is acquired through cruel means, particularly calfskin.

According to the non-profit group, they have also made a huge impact in the fashion shows of Coach in New York, Burberry in London, and Fendi in Milan this season.

Mimi Bekhechi, the president for Europe of the non-profit organization, expressed that there should be no reason to take the life of a sentient being just to produce a piece of clothing or an accessory. Such actions are violent and unnecessary.

We strongly encourage Victoria Beckham to consider utilizing the advancements in ethical and environmentally conscious practices, such as using premium leather made from fruits such as apples, grapes, pineapples, mushrooms, and other sustainable materials.

Beckham's agents have been asked to provide a statement.
