It hasn't been as hot as last summer, but the temperature is still around 30°C in some places.

Nodding off could be hard due to warm nights and other challenges. These can affect your work and workout routine.

If you're feeling hot, don't worry! We have a simple DIY air conditioning hack that requires only one thing in addition to your fan.

DIY Air Con With Ice & Fan: Simple Steps

Make your own air-con with a fan, it's easy and costs nothing. You'll regret not doing it sooner.

To cool down, put ice cubes in a bowl in front of you.

Put a towel down. Put ice in a bowl on the towel. Put the fan blowing on the ice. Fan blows cold air out towards your spot.

Make your fan cooler by piling ice above the rim of the bowl.

You can make a small cooling system easily.

One way to cool down is by attaching some frozen water bottles to the back of a fan. Just use some string!

We at Metro.co.uk have tried the DIY air con hack ourselves. The hack definitely causes the fan to blow cooler air in the room.

Running your fan during a heatwave can increase your energy bill.

In June 2023, will there be a heatwave? People are wondering. There are forecasts for the weather, and they say that there may be one. But, it's important to remember that these predictions can be incorrect. Weather can change quickly. So, we will have to wait and see.

The Costa Del Sol got hit with snow. This happened only a few weeks after a heatwave broke a record. It's unusual for snow to fall in this area of Spain. Many people were surprised by the sudden change in weather. Some were happy to see the snow, as it doesn't happen often. Others weren't so thrilled and found it inconvenient. It's a reminder that weather can be unpredictable, and we should always be prepared for sudden changes.

Weather forecasters were trolled a lot after predicting a heatwave.
