What Did You Overlook?

Sharon Stone rejected Ed Balls' inquiry on Good Morning Britain with a sharp comeback, indicating: "I would prefer to commence with a fresh inquiry elsewhere."

Stone made a claim on the Louis Theroux podcast that the now-deceased movie producer Robert Evans instructed her to engage in a sexual act with her co-star Billy Baldwin so that his acting in the 1993 film Sliver would improve. Baldwin responded to this allegation through Twitter questioning why Stone keeps mentioning him after all this time. He pondered whether Stone still harbours romantic feelings towards him or perhaps she is still distressed from when he rejected her advances.

During her appearance on Good Morning Britain, Balls brought up a particular subject to Stone. However, Stone declined to offer a response and instead opted to request a different question from another location. Her reaction garnered admiration from individuals watching the show remotely.

Ed Balls mentioned to Sharon that she is currently striving to enhance mental health and aid for individuals with the World Health Organization. The impact of the MeToo movement and the verdict against Harvey Weinstein have brought about considerable transformations. He expressed his hope that the film industry in Los Angeles is now a safer and more suitable place compared to when Sharon worked there.

Afterward, he inquired about her thoughts regarding the advice given by Hollywood producer Robert Evans during the early stages of her career. Evans had suggested that she engage in sexual activities with co-star William Baldwin to enhance his performance in the 1993 film "Sliver." The question pressed on how she feels now, looking back on the advice given by producers at the start of her career.

Her reply was: "To begin with, your opening statement was an attempt to trap me with the 'have you beaten up your wife yet' remark, which I refuse to acknowledge as true. So let's not even go there in the first place."

"I want to begin anew with a different question in a different location."

Audience Reaction?

Many followers of the Good Morning Britain show took to social media to express their admiration for Sharon Stone. They applauded her for refusing to answer Ed Balls' question during the interview. One individual commented on how Stone confidently shut down Balls while playfully attacking him with an imaginary ice tool.

A single individual penned down: "Incredible response from Sharon Stone, smashing him with her words. #gmb Way to go, Sharon!"

Someone else commented on GMB, saying "Wow, Sharon Stone is amazing. She's faced many challenges in her life but she still stands tall as a strong and powerful individual."

Another person shared: "Sharon Stone was being interviewed on @GMB and displayed an unmatchable level of intellect, proving that she couldn't be interviewed by the unprofessional and low-skilled presenters @edballs and Kate Garraway. Their inquiry was thoughtless and designed to provoke, but Stone tackled it with ease, leaving the presenters looking incapable. It's clear that GMB is far from being respectable."

Some other people commented positively about Sharon Stone's response during an interview where Ed Balls asked a question that may have insinuated wrongdoing. Instead of taking the bait, Stone steered the conversation back to a more appropriate topic. Critics saw Balls' tactic as unsavory and unprofessional.

Stone, Baldwin Clash

In her memoir titled The Beauty of Living Twice, Stone first brought up the accusation. Recently in March of this year, Stone divulged the name of the producer who instructed her to have sexual relations with her co-star, Billy Baldwin. This revelation was quite shocking.

Theroux was informed by Stone that he was summoned to his office. Stone had old-fashioned couches that were typical of the 1970s and 1980s. Unfortunately, Theroux had to sit on the ground because there weren't enough seats. Stone was running around his office while wearing sunglasses and talking about how he had slept with Ava Gardner. Stone suggested that Theroux should sleep with Billy Baldwin because it would improve Baldwin's performance. This was necessary because their film was having some problems.

I am unsure why Sharon Stone continues to mention me after all these years.

I wonder if she still has feelings for me or if she holds a grudge because I rejected her back then.

I am unsure of what was communicated between the speaker and Janice Dickinson during their encounter the day after a screen test. However, the conversation was significant enough for the speaker to mention it and include a photo of the encounter.

On March 12, 2024, Billy Baldwin tweeted about something in his blog.

On X, Baldwin made a reply stating that he is uncertain as to why Sharon Stone has been mentioning him repeatedly. He questioned whether she still harbors feelings for him or is carrying hurt from the past because he did not reciprocate her advances.

"Did she mention to her friend Janice Dickinson the day after I auditioned and encountered them on our trip from MGM Grand to New York City that she was planning to make me deeply infatuated with her causing a bewildering effect on me?"

He stated that he possesses a lot of incriminating information that could easily confuse Sharon, however, he has chosen not to disclose it. The narrative of my meeting with Bob Evans, in which I requested him to permit me to direct the final sex scene in the picture shown below, so that I wouldn't have to kiss Sharon, is an extremely well-known story.

I'm considering writing a book where I could detail all the inappropriate and unconventional stories about Sharon. It could be an interesting read.

Tune in to Good Morning Britain every Monday to Friday starting at 6 in the morning and ending at 9am.
