Tenant In Place - House Owners In Dilemma?

Hey guys, I just purchased a property at an auction and it currently has a tenant. However, the tenancy agreement doesn't have a lot of details.

We asked our solicitor for tenant information, but they didn't provide any. The letting agent also didn't give us the tenant's details.

The buyer's solicitor gave us info about the tenant. Our solicitor made a rent authority notice. The tenant hasn't paid for 51 days.

It's tough to reach the tenant. They don't pick up calls or reply to texts.

We live in London and bought a property in Newcastle. It's a 4.5 hour drive away. We haven't had a chance to see it yet.

What's our course of action? Are we allowed to visit the property in question?

No keys. No answer. Can we replace the locks?
