Fast-selling Luxury Condos In Japanese Cities

More "okushon" luxurious condos have been appearing in parts of Japan. These condos cost more than 100 million yen ($735,000). They are usually seen as only suitable for big cities.

452 condo units were sold in 2022 outside Tokyo, Osaka and Aichi Prefectures. This is almost seven times the number sold in the same areas a decade ago.
