ITV hires Hoejmose as Group Chief Data and AI Officer

ITV has just revealed that Stefan Hoejmose is set to become their newest Group Chief Data and AI Officer, with his first day scheduled for July 8th.

Hoejmose is now part of ITV after working at Roku, a streaming service in the US. At Roku, he was in charge of the team focused on data science and machine learning. Before his time at Roku, Hoejmose had senior positions in data at Dyson, Sky, MediaCom, and Lloyds Bank.

Hoejmose will be under the leadership of Simon Farnsworth, ITV's Chief Technology Officer. He will collaborate with both ITV's Media & Entertainment and Studios departments to extract value from ITV's data and make sure the organization remains a leader in data innovation.

Farnsworth said: "I am very happy to have Stefan join ITV at a crucial time in our ongoing progress in technology and data. He has a lot of experience from big organizations and we are excited to collaborate with him to enhance ITV's knowledge in this field."

Hoejmose stated that he is very happy to be joining ITV as the new Group Chief Data and AI Officer. He feels honored to be a part of an organization that is important in the media and entertainment industry. With experience leading data teams in different sectors, he is excited to work with ITV's talented teams to push for AI innovation and use data effectively to add value.
