Emma Raducanu, a prominent tennis player, has canceled her scheduled return match for the upcoming month.

The ex-winner of the US Open was planning to come back in the Macau Tennis Masters exhibition in China. However, she will no longer participate because she is still recuperating from her surgery. This information was confirmed by her management company, IMG.

The individual who is 21 years of age has not engaged in any matches since the month of April, as they have undergone procedures on their wrists and ankle.

Raducanu was looking forward to making her comeback to the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) Tour later in the fall season.

After sustaining injuries, her world ranking has dropped drastically from 68th in April to 289th.

Raducanu has been inactive for more than half a year, enabling her to utilize a safeguarded rating of 103 in the upcoming year. This could result in her being selected to participate in the primary rounds of the Australian Open in January.

The ex-top-ranked tennis player hiked up her workout routine during the past few weeks at the National Tennis Centre located in London, working out in the fitness room and on the playing field.

Last month, she expressed her eagerness to get back to the circuit.
