Fast-selling Luxury Condos Popping Up In Japanese Cities

Expensive condos, called "okushon," are increasing in areas of Japan where they were once uncommon. These condos are worth 100 million yen or more. They are usually seen in big cities.

452 condo units were sold outside Tokyo, Osaka, and Aichi Prefectures in 2022. This number is almost seven times higher than ten years ago.
