BBC EastEnders fans in awe as Patsy Kensit arrives on Albert Square and they can't believe how young she looks

EastEnders fans were thrilled to see Patsy Kensit arrive on Albert Square this evening. The actress, who recently joined the cast of the beloved soap, has taken on the role of Lola's Pearce's mum Emma.

Patsy's scenes aired during Wednesday's episode (January 25) when her daughter was set to tie the knot with her boyfriend Jay Brown.

However, the big day didn't get off to a good start as Lola was rushed to the hospital after feeling ill. There, Patsy Kensit makes her debut as Emma. Fans of the show were in awe of the actress and just how good she looks.

Taking to Twitter, one viewer wrote: “Patsy Kensit looks absolutely incredible!" Another added: “Patsy Kensit looking ten years younger than she did in Holby City! #eastenders." "Patsy Kensit looks stunning," gushed a third.

Fans may recognise Patsy for her roles as scheming Sadie King in Emmerdale and as nurse Faye Morton in Holby City. The actor has an extensive CV as she started acting at the age of four. When she was just eight she spent nine months in Russia with Elizabeth Taylor filming The Bluebird.

Other notable roles include the female lead in Absolute Beginners alongside David Bowie as well as appearances in the films Lethal Weapon II, A Chorus of Disapproval, Chicago Joe and the Showgirl and Prince of Shadows.
